DR .SURESH GIRAGANI CONSULTANT INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGIST at Yashoda group of hospitals, has more than fifteen years of clinical experience in vascular interventions with a special interest in neurovascular and peripheral vascular disease interventional procedures. He has done his post-graduation as well as super specialization training in neurointervention and interventional radiology at post graduate institute of medical education and research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. With experience of more than 1000 cases of advanced intracranial neurointervention and more than 3000 cases of body vascular interventions, he has successfully performed wide range of complex vascular interventions including flow diverter placement for intracranial aneurysms, trans jugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPSS) and aortic stent graft placement.

CEREBRAL ANGIOGRAM / DSA
CEREBRAL ANGIOGRAM / DSA is an investigation done to delineate the structure of brain blood vessels and their diseases. Digital subtraction angiography is the technology used to ob-tain CEREBRAL ANGIOGRAM / DSA.
Brain aneurysm coiling/ Flow diverter placement
Aneurysms can be treated by open surgical method - clipping or by endovascular method - coiling. The decision to undergo clipping or coiling depends upon site of aneurysm, local institutional experience, expertise.
